Bold in our ambition, to champion the Adult Community Education sector, supporting and enabling our members to deliver high quality provision, in turn improving the economic and social prospects, and the wellbeing of their learners.

Underpinning Action

1. Support the creation of a culture of lifelong learning for all, embracing learning at any time, for anyone, at any level.

2. Develop inspirational leadership which in turn will develop a sustainable sector.

3. Influence policy and decision making, through promotion and advocacy of the sector.

4. Drive change, where necessary, in the best interests of adult learners through a member led network.

5. Develop member networks and support mechanisms that foster quality delivery.

6. Provide support for Heads of Service and Principals.
